Introducing Bauhaus Transfer

Bauhaus Transfer is a very individual architecture and design studio, focused on working closely with clients. We see clients as partners in the design process and only take on a limited number of projects at the same time to ensure that clients get the personal service we are known for.

Directing Architect and Designer

"My design philosophy focuses on the positive impact design can have on people's lives. It was strongly influenced by my architecture and design studies at the Bauhaus University Weimar, Germany. I have worked on many independent projects in architecture, heritage, design and art. My works have been exhibited in the Museum of Applied Art, Frankfurt, Sculptures by the Sea (Cottesloe) and were awarded a finalist position at the prestigious Neukirchen Design Award.

After moving to Western Australia I was employed at Craig Steere Architects before establishing Bauhaus Transfer in 2011. Since then, I have gained experience in a very diverse range of projects in Australia and Germany. Beside practical architecture and product design projects, I have also worked for Curtin University as an independent associate. Additional qualifications in project management and infra red thermography widened my perspective and the area of service I can offer to clients."

The Bauhaus Transfer Process

Bauhaus Transfer is about transferring your life from good to better - via design. Opportunities are ever present, they just need to be recognised and realised. Careful listening and thorough analysis are the key to outstanding, creative design solutions.

Bauhaus Transfer focusses on people. The result of good teamwork between client, consultants, trades and architect will be an outstanding end product. I feel proud and lucky to be able to manage teams in this amazing transfer process - from intangible idea to amazing reality. Highest ethical and environmental standards as well as best practice solutions are part of every design.
